Return Policy

We hope that you love everything you have purchased but understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. 

Items must be smoke-free, perfume-free, unworn, undamaged, and with the original tags still attached. 

Seasonal items, sale items, and discount items are FINAL SALE. 

All Art and jewelry are FINAL SALE.

Plants & Gardening items are FINAL SALE. 

Items exchanged or bought with store credit are FINAL SALE. 

In-Store Returns

Items are eligible for your choice of refund or store credit within 15 days of original purchase. After 15 days all sales are final.

Online Returns

Items are eligible to be returned at the store’s location for your choice of exchange, refund or store credit within 15 days of receiving the package. We are able to see when the item is delivered to your provided address. 

Items are eligible to be returned via mail for credit to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please include packing slip inside your return package. Customer is responsible for return postage.

Please note that all orders are NOT guaranteed. All orders are subject to change based on each item's availability in-store. Items purchased can be out of stock prior to your purchase. We will refund you immediately if unable to fulfill an item and give you a call or text.
